Accountant Staff

Wahl Vietnam is a subsidiary of Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual to fill the role of Accountant Staff.

Reporting: Wahl Vietnam's Senior Manager of Supply Chain - Sourcing - Finance.

Missions:

Through strong teamwork, collaboration and leadership, the mission of the role is to provide analysis and financial management assistance to the Wahl Vietnam Finance Team by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information.

Responsibilities:

• Receive payment vouchers, check the accuracy, entry accounting transaction into the AX System.
• Settle payment in System (include AP and AR).
• Processing documents, managing and reconciling debts with suppliers.
• Follow up the debt and build payment plans for all suppliers.
• Communicate with related parties for the Statement of Account "SOA"
• Checking and reconciling Sub ledger Account vs Trial balance to ensure that Financial Statement is accurate.
• Preparing and Submit ALL kinds of tax reports (such as VAT, FCT, CIT) as required.
• Preparing the VAT refund documents as requested from the line manager.
• Communicate with SBV for loan issues and make the Statistical reports.
• Participate directly in the periodic of Fixed Asset cycle count and Inventory.
• Managing Fixed Assets, prepayment allocation monthly, accrual expenses and complete the cost for month end closing
• Other tasks according to request from Senior Manager of Supply Chain - Sourcing - Finance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of business administration or law with 3 years related experience.

• Direct experience in multiple HR disciplines including, coaching and advising management and employees on organizational change, learning and development, performance management, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition.

• University or master's degree in accounting/Finance or related subjects.

• ACCA, CIMA / CMA or CPA qualification is a major advantage.

• More than 03 years working experience in accounting/ finance field (Tax experience is preferred) in dynamic and multinational environment, preferably experience in manufacturing from automotive, consumer durable or FMCG industry, auditing experience from Big4 is a PLUS;
