Business development Executive -Multiple locations

Wahl India a subsidiary of Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual to fill the role of Sr. BDE/BDE for professional division at multiple locations.

Locations:

Mumbai, Raipur, Chandigarh/Patiala, Kolkata, and Noida.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, generate, and expand the business from 250+ salons, wholesalers, and retailers every month.
• Achieve the primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned area by developing and sustaining long-term relationships with existing and new distributors, salons, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Report daily sales using the sales app and actively manage the monthly sales targets for each territory.
• Execute the company's strategy at the ground level and steer the company's growth by identifying new opportunities and networking with related businesses for B2B opportunities.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree with relevant sales experience.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of direct work experience in sales, especially with the salon channel/FMCD/similar products
• Strong distribution base especially in salons, cosmetic counters, professional retail counter, etc.
• Healthy relationships in the cosmetic/salon trade.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• High on integrity.
• Collaborative and open work style.
