Job Summary:
Join our dynamic Sales team as a European E-Commerce Account Administrator, where you'll report directly to the Key Account Manager for Amazon EMEA. This vital role ensures the seamless operation of our e-commerce accounts, focusing on meeting sales targets, boosting profitability, and upholding our brand's integrity. We welcome candidates passionate about e-commerce, including those new to the field but eager to learn and grow in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of our Amazon EMEA accounts, under the guidance of the Key Account Manager.
- Drive sales and profit targets, aligning with our strategic goals and brand standards.
- Provide proactive support and expertise in your assigned areas, addressing account challenges effectively.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction within our policy framework.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver top-tier service and customer experiences.
- Own specific tasks and projects, contributing to the company's operational excellence and strategic objectives.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations, fostering positive relationships.
- Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and contribute to the company's continuous improvement culture.
- Maintain confidentiality of business information and contribute to the team's collective success.
- Perform additional tasks as required, showcasing flexibility and dedication.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships internally and externally.
- Problem-solving mindset, with a capacity to handle challenges creatively and effectively.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, demonstrating initiative and commitment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed to support business objectives.
