People Development Specialist

Wahl Vietnam is a subsidiary of Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual to fill the role of People Development Specialist

Reporting: Wahl Vietnam's Senior Manager of HR-Admin-IT

Missions:

To Oversee the human resources responsibilities and activities of Wahl Vietnam by employer branding, regulatory compliance, and training and development that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture and position Wahl VN as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities:

• Originate and lead HR practices and objectives and HR project.
• Ensure Talent Acquisition and Talent Development needs are met with appropriate and timely support and resources in collaboration with the HR team
• Apply sound judgment to identify HR-IR issues and prescribe solutions in ambiguous situations with confidence
• Serve as a trusted advisor to front and mid-level leaders and employees
• Embraces and model Wahl Group values, integrity and accountability to further advance the organizational culture
• Take necessary steps proactively to improve Wahl training process, people development, company culture and social compliance requirements
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the HR Manager

Qualifications:

• Candidate should have a Bachelor of business administration or law with 3 years related experience.
• Direct experience in multiple HR disciplines including, coaching and advising management and employees on organizational change, learning and development, performance management, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition.
• Can communicate well in English & Vietnamese.
